1. Services
Bupilo Health Hub provides home-based care services in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. All services are subject to an initial assessment by a registered nurse and a signed service level agreement between the client (or their representative) and Bupilo Health Hub.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Our services supplement but do not replace professional medical treatment. Our caregivers work under the oversight of registered nurses but are not a substitute for emergency medical services. In case of medical emergency, call 10177 or your nearest hospital.
3. Website Use
The information on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy. Content should not be considered medical advice.
4. Service Agreement
Care services are governed by individual service level agreements which detail scope of care, fees, payment terms, cancellation policies and other terms specific to each client arrangement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bupilo Health Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by South African law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mpumalanga.
